Yah, foto ini sih cuma narsis-narsisan aja pas lagi ngutak-ngatik rambut. Abiss bosen banget, gak ada yang bisa dikerjain~~

Hallo semua!! Setelah berburu harta karun yang isinya legging kewl plus jaket, akhirnya aku narsis lagi. Tapi ,maaf ya kalau kualitas fotonya jelek :)

How to Make Nachos

Food Items

1. bag of tortilla chips (whichever are your favorite)
2. already shredded cheese
3. can of refried beans
4. sour cream
5. hot sauce and/or salsa
6. ground hamburger
7. chopped lettuce
8. diced tomatoes

Well, so there’s the food. What next? Now, there’s two ways you can make these. Neither way really makes a difference. One way is faster and the other’s not and as always the one that takes longer is better. I’m only going to tell you the slower way. The only difference is that you heat up the beans in the microwave instead of on the stove. So let’s start!

STEP #1 – preparing the beans

  Personally I think that the beans are the most important part.

1. get a pot that will fit the whole can of beans with more room left and put it on the stove
2. open the can of beans and with a spoon scoop out all the contents and put them in the pot that you put on the stove
3. add about 3 table spoons of water to the beans and stir them together
4.  put 1/3 cup of sour cream into the mixture of beans
5. sprinkle as much cheese as you would like into the pot of beans and sour cream
6. add as much salsa as you would like, the more the spicier
7. stir it all together and keep stirring so that the beans don’t burn
8. turn the stove down to low so as to keep the beans warm but so they won’t burn
9. Now that beans are ready, let’s start to put it all together!

STEP #2 – the original nacho

  With this step you are making what Ignacio “Nacho” first did but I’m sure it’s not exactly the same. He had homemade chips and I’m sure you just have store bought. That’s at least what I always use.

1. get a plate, and the size depends on how big your nachos are going to be
2. put the tortilla chips on the plate, depending on how much you want
3. sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the plate of chips, the more the cheesier
4. put the plate of chips and cheese inside the microwave for 30 seconds or just so the cheese is a little melted
5. after the cheese is a little melted, take the plate out of the microwave 
6. ‘Et Viola’! You are now ready to put it all together!

STEP #3 – putting it all together

     Finally! It is time to put it all together into the meanest nacho ever made! By saying ‘the meanest nachos’ I don’t mean that they are actually going to bite your head of or anything. I mean that they are the best!

1. turn off the stove where the beans are and mix the beans around again
2. scoop as much beans that you would like and put them on top of the chips and cheese
3. sprinkle a little more of the shredded cheese on top of the chips, cheese, and beans
4. put the plate of chips, cheese, and beans back into the microwave for 20 seconds
5. when that is done take the plate out of the microwave
6. on top of the beans add the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and ground hamburger
7. if you want to add more hot sauce and/or salsa to the top then go ahead!
8. And that’s it! Oh well there is one more step. Bon Appetite! In other words, eat up!
